Bab 105: Cautious

"Aren't you forgetting something?" hinted Yiyi when she noticed how casually Liu Xinyu was waiting for the elevator, forgetting all about other things. This girl was really forgetful, she always had to remind her to carry the house keys or else, she'd forget all about it. It seemed when she told Yi Qin that she had a habit of forgetting the keys, she wasn't just making an excuse.

Liu Xinyu looked at Yiyi with a confused look in her eyes but suddenly her eyes widened and she hurriedly ran toward the security room which was thankfully still open. First, Liu Xinyu had to apologize to the security uncle on duty who had been keeping an eye on his shopping bags until time even though his shift ended an hour ago. She even shared a piece of cake with him as an apology. 

Thankfully, she had bought extra cakes today or it'd be embarrassing if she had nothing to give.
