Bab 68: DRAMATIC ENTRACE

The Sound of Lord Niko's voice was so loud that my eyes snapped open. I sat up on the bed and realized that I was alone and the voice came from the living room. I was so happy that he was back as I hurriedly rushed to pull the pants on my body and walked out of the bedroom shirtless

My eyes landed on Lord Niko who was seated on the chair, sipping whiskey, looking bored and tired. Lord Silas and Lord Talon flagged beside him as they seemed to be in deep thought pondering over something.

" Your majesties " I spoke up in greeting and they all turned to me.

" You are finally awake, " Lord Niko drawled. I could only nod and my eyes darted away from him. " I am off to bed " He stood up and turned around to leave. I had no idea why but I felt a pang of hurt in my heart that he had just come and was leaving.

" Our little spitfire seems displeased that you just came and left " Lord Talon spoke up.
