Caroline wasn't surprised to see Erine. In fact, she was more startled to see the excitement with a hint of sorrow in her gaze.

After getting into the elevator, Caroline asked, "Did you see everything just now? I mean, did you see my husband?"

Erine hesitated for a moment, and then nodded.

Caroline saw that there wasn't any other expression in Erine, and the woman didn't seem like she would say something more. Caroline then stopped pursuing this matter. However, there was an uneasy feeling in her heart.
