Bab 397: 397: I want you to help me out

A palpable sense of anticipation filled the air as Sui and Princess Yunjin approached the border. The guards, their faces alight with joy, had eagerly awaited their return. The reason for their enthusiasm was about to become apparent.

Or, well, for the princess, at least.

In stark contrast to the Azure empire, the empire was in disarray. Upon entry, the signs of decline and the looming threat of demons were starkly visible, painting a grim picture.

"P-Princess, please help us out. We cannot do anything against these demons ourselves. We need your help."

The guard begged as he held on to the princess's clothes and tugged at them.

He was irritating Yunjin, and it would only take a second for Yunjin to lose her calm. That is why Sui decides to interfere and place a hand on Yunjin's shoulder.

"Take in a deep breath, Princes. Do not let your irritation win against your common sense. Remember, I am here for you as well."
