Sui was just glad that the tribute seemed to have been accepted.

The young girl is named Promethea Alex, and her difficult name causes Sui to think of her as simply Alex.

"Hey, are you alright? Are you feeling cold?"

Sui asked Alex, but the young girl did not reply. She had stopped reacting to anything some time ago, and Sui could only conclude it was a silent protest.

Outside, the sun was setting, and it would get dark soon.
