Bab 68: 68: Let me do it

Silence took over the hall after the princess's declaration.

No one expected the princess to hand the whip to her guard and order her to whip a noble.

Everyone's glares dug into Sui, wanting to see what she would do next. Because of this sudden attention, Sui's hands felt sweaty.

'Shit! What should I do now? This was not supposed to happen. Why is the princess doing this to me?'

Sui clutched the whip tightly in her hand, not wanting to use it. She was shaking in her place, not knowing what to do next. 

People looked at Sui with curiosity now, wanting to see what she would do next.

However, Sui was frozen in place. Even breathing too loudly caused people to anticipate her next move.

The princess notices this and, with luck, decides to help Sui.

"Looks like my guard is too kind-hearted for not wanting to harm anyone. This is something we'll have to work on in the future. For now, I will show you how to punish a traitor."
