Bab 190: The Kiss

Davien watched as several emotions passed across Bel's face. He knew what she was thinking about, but it was clear she had no intention of acting on it. Surely, it wasn't that hard. He pulled himself out of his depressed thoughts—there was no point in waiting anymore. He should get her out of the water. It would be dinner time soon, and he had to make sure she was back in the castle on time.

When she locked her lips with his, Davien forgot all thoughts about getting her home on time. Her lips were as warm as the water, and Davien couldn't get enough. She gave him a few light kisses before pushing her tongue into his mouth as she clung to him. Was she as desperate as he was? He sucked on her tongue, and she let out a sound he hadn't heard before.
