Bab 94: A Display Of Strength

Astoria wasn't holding back in her attacks as she released beams of light towards Garvin whose form streaked across the area.

Leaping backward, she kicked out chunks of rocks at him hoping to slow him down. Her body was then wrapped in a golden glow as she exploded towards him.

"Your puny buff spells won't help!" Garvin said, swinging his sword.

Astoria fist was covered in a solid rock which broke on impact with the strike from the sword. Controlling the debris, she sent it towards him but was unable to pierce through his skin.

Jumping backward, the hilt of a sword appeared before her hands. Channelling her light energy it released a soft glow with its edges gleaming dangerously.

"Let's try again," she said charging forward. Armed with a weapon now, she confidently attacks closer, both weapons clashing.
