A blue robe that seemed as deep as the sky, an armband with the glowing "Proctor" written on it, and a ring with three Glowing Circles: he'd test students of ALL years! 

In fact, the Academy had a special class of staff that would be in charge of conducting the individual evaluations. This would ensure that the whole thing remained fair for all.
