Bab 807: Make Me Your Master

In the room, Li Huan sat on a backless stool, lifting up his shirt.

Sure enough, there was an injury on his lower back.

The wound was simply wrapped in a layer of gauze and appeared somewhat inflamed.

Seeing this, Commander's eyes turned red with anger. "Why didn't you take better care of your wound?"

Li Huan shrugged nonchalantly, chuckling lightly, "I've been busy with work; who has the time?"

He had been undercover with a drug lord for over two years.

Finally managing to close in, when the boss escaped, he naturally didn't want his efforts to go to waste, so he chased after him without taking the time to treat his wound.

Fortunately, it wasn't fatal; that was the only bit of luck he had.

Being undercover was a gamble with one's life.

In dangerous situations, they could only rely on themselves, often without even being able to carry weapons.

Commander knew this well, but still felt heartbroken.
