Buster call
//September 1st 1506 in sea calender.
A Buster Call is the ultimate form of military attack used by the Marines. It is a result of the Marine doctrine of Absolute Justice.
Nominally, it consists of a fleet of ten battleships and is lead by five Vice Admirals.
The attack is the logical extreme of the Marines' doctrine of Absolute Justice, according to which a person is branded a criminal if they oppose the World Government or could one day become a threat. The attack eliminates anyone who could potentially become dangerous and does so without taking human lives or innocence into consideration, all for the "betterment" of the world.
In some sense, between countless inhuman and cruel acts of marine, this one was going to be one of the necessary evils unlike many others.
In last 2 years ex-Roger pirate Douglas Bullet has destroyed many lives. If he continued his rampage then countless more will be lost. Unlike any emperor who do the same act with the backing of their gigantic crew, Bullet was causing all of the destruction alone. That's why marines were bold enough to try to take him down with a buster call.
Thirteen marine battleships were waiting for their order of buster call in G-3 marine base. These 13 battleships were being lead by 5 vice admirals.
Vice admiral Akainu
Vice admiral Kizaru
Vice admiral Aokiji
Vice admiral Tsuru
Vice admiral Bogard
But that was not all. There were also thirteen rear admirals joining the battle.
All of this would eradicate every human being present on the starboard island. Everyone knew that the civilian evacuation ship was only to save names.
In reality that was for the cipher pole agents and disguised marines present on the island. Even they will perish if they could not move in time.
But marines were ready to sacrifice all these lives to kill or capture a single person, Douglas Bullet.
Exactly at 9 in the morning the Cipher Pole agent who had the golden denden mushi pressed the button after confirming the presence of Bullet in a local Tavern in the middle of starboard island.
It could have taken sometime for the marines to reach the island. But, because all of them were ready in the nearest G3 Marine base, they reached the island only in ten minutes. The 13 Marine Battleships surrounded the entire Island cutting of any routes of escape.
After that started the buster call.

After Roger's execution bullet felt like the purpose in his life was over. He restricted power over anything else. And Roger was the only man who was able to defeat him bare handed, without any devil fruit. He had promised Roger to fight him and one day to win against him. But that bastard broke his promise and became sick. And the worst thing is that Bullet new that it wasn't Roger's fault.
Roger believed that strength came from all the people around him. But Bullet did not agree with that philosophy of Roger. That's why he wanted to prove the man wrong by surpassing him. He wanted to prove the man he admired, that his ideology was wrong. That was the very reason for his life. It was his dream.
So after Roger's execution Bullet felt devastated.
But after that dream was crushed, he spent 4 years in solitary mourning. But then he decided that he will become the man to rule the world. He will be the one man army who will not be defeated by any means.
After making a new goal for himself, he started rampaging all over the world. He defeated and killed many people who claimed to be strong. He used to claim that he was the strongest by killing them.
That's why Douglas Bullet came to the Starboard Island in search of a devil fruit, gasha gasha no mi. A devil fruit, that will complete his dream.
But before he could meet the broker sudden canon fire drew his attention.
Then a ruffian burst into the Tavern he was drinking in and shouted. "The marines are here. The entire Island is surrounded. It is a buster call !"
Bullet grinned. If he could defeat this ultimate military attack by the marines, then he will be one step closer to his goals.

Hancock cursed in her mind as she and silver went towards the port their ship was docked.
She started firing slave arrows to petrify anyone blocking their path. Thankfully, Salome has become fast enough to keep up with them.
But then Hancock round after seeing the future.
"Silver ! Get to the ship and focus on escaping. Salome can swim. I will catch up !"
Before silver could ask about what is wrong, Hancock jumped high and deflected many light attacks with her Haki. All of the glowing light attacks exploded all around them.
"Go !"
Silver didn't wait to disrespect her captain's order.
As soon as Silver escaped, Hancock, immidiately dodged the attack from her back.
It was a huge ship that flew just above her head crashing infront of her.
Hancock didn't want to confront The monster named bullet that was arriving the flying ship.
So she decided to escape quietly.
But obviously it wasn't going to be that easy for her.
