With a deafening sonic boom, Hadrian transformed into a bolt of lightning that was nearly invisible, weaving through the blood-red sky. The air split due to his high-speed movement, as if the sky itself was torn apart, leaving behind twisted afterimages.

Ryan didn't get to enjoy his triumph for long. Soon, he was once again pressured by the suffocating presence behind him. He turned around abruptly, only to see the silhouette of the BloodClan werewolf Hadrian appearing in his line of sight at the speed of lightning, like a ghost traversing through time, with a glint of bloodthirsty brutality in his eyes.

"Damn it, how the hell did this beast catch up again!" Ryan's eyelids twitched as he saw the blood-red flames burning on the body of the BloodClan werewolf, instantly realizing that the other had also used some greatly costly secret technique.
