Bab 70: Burying the truth

Oberon was still ruminating over what the old man had told him, he was determined to find his child but for now he had to take matters in his own hands.

He went back to the palace, keeping a straight face, careful not to display emotional nonsense in front of them.

"I will show them what it really means to cheat on no one else but the king," he said to himself.

He walked to the palace as quietly as he had left in the first place.

Getting to the living room, he saw Selena on her knees, her face wet with tears.

He rolled his eyes sarcastically, "You.. what are you doing on your knees?"

She sniffed, "Oberon," she called.

"Do not dare saying my name, it is my lord to you," he said, his eyes burning but his voice cool.

"My lord," she sniffed, *I swear, I can explain."

"Explain what exactly? Explain your wrong?"
