Selena exhaled, "Oberon wants a child, but I can not give him one," she muttered.

She paced round the room, worried, "I can not give them a heir within the next twelve full moons, it is not going to happen."

She sat on the bed, feelings of worry and frustration gnawing at her heart.

"If the palace does not present a heir to the pack within the stipulated time, Oberon might lose his throne."

She bit her lips, "What am I going to do?" She looked at the ceiling, her heart thumping.

Oberon came out of the bathroom, he wasn't looking pleased at all.

Selena stood up when she saw him, "Oberon.. uh.. please ask them for more time, twelve full moons is not a certain time to get pregnant at all."

He looked at her, "Why? You are my mate, you are bound to be fertile."

She frowned, "Bound to be fertile? Where did you hear that?"
