Bab 185: The Three Kidnappers.

She stood by the swing. If this was the reason the boy came down to the river, it probably meant he played with other children from the town, too. It didn't seem likely he would play on a swing by himself. At least, Master Zhu didn't when she was a child.

The swing looked as though it was designed to hold onto and swing over the river before letting go. It allowed them to jump into the water. She looked down; it had rained recently, and the river was flowing faster than she suspected it usually did.

'What if he was pushed downstream?' She thought as she continued following the river bank. She came to a halt as she saw torchlight flickering through the trees. She heard voices. 

Master Zhu grinned as her senses stretched out like a wide net, giving her information about everything within a five-hundred-meter range. There were three of them. Each of them was a male in their early to late twenties, and neither of them had reached the core refining stage.
