Bab 129: Campfire.

"Well, so much for keeping my robes clean." Shen Yun sighed as she looked down at the knee-high swampy water. 

"Well, we were told it would be a swamp." Li Jun grinned slightly as the others walked ahead. He and Shen Yun walked side by side and chatted as Zi Ya and Su Hai searched for the clover. Disciple Xue stayed even further behind, doing her own thing as she refused to interact with anyone.

"So, when are you going to do it?" She asked.

"Do what?" Li Jun asked, confused.

"Tell Xun to go hunt some beasts for us. You're not going to?" She asked with a concerned expression. She was counting on him collecting some meat for her. 

"I'm not all that bothered about beast cores at the moment. We can always gather some next year." He said. "You can ask him yourself if you want to."

"Xun." Shen Yun whispered. A black streak shot out from Li Jun's shadow as the cat appeared in Shen Yun's arms.
