The way the petals worked, it didn't simply send you into a normal dream — it merged the consciousness of those who consumed it, usually in a proximity around the size of a simple bedroom, transporting them into one person's dream.

The dream became a shared reality, a landscape molded by the dreamer, making it the ideal plane for their fantastical love making, adventures and for Portalists and Travelers to form their mystical Bridges into Knightmare.

Spheris had prepared for this, knowing full well the ritual required, but what awaited him once they slipped into the dream world still caught him off guard.
