Delphine stared at Aether, who was changing clothes in her office room without a hint of embarrassment or shame. His movements were confident and unhurried as if he had every right to be there.

"I heard... you helped that victim girl?" Delphine asked curiously. She had only heard about it from the Principal and not from Aether, who usually took every opportunity to show off before her just to spend time with her.

But now, things seemed different....

Aether simply nodded, "Kind of..." and continued changing his attire without elaborating further.

Delphine's lips twitched as her finger tapped on the table.

An annoyed expression crossed her face, and she bit her lip hard before sighing. She knew she needed to avoid him for his sake, and yet, her heart pained seeing him act indifferent to her.
