Bab 34: Hurts like hell
(AN: Here I am going to explain some things about this fan fiction. So please don't skip it.
First of all if you remember how Deidara has trained his eyes to see through genjutsu, then the similar thing is going on with Sakura. Deidara could not see through genjutsu like Sharingan. But with enough training he managed to do it to a certain degree. Exactly like that Sakura could speed up her neural transmission process and see things in slow motion. Not like Sharingan, where the user gets the clear cut view but to some degree slow motion. It also grants her greater reaction speed like a cat. That's all folks. Let's get back to the story.

But not with Haku. Now she has two options.
The first one is to create an ice blade and cut off opponent's head. This option was very risky. Because the opponent will get 1.5 seconds more to dodge her attack.
The second one is to create an ice blade and cut off opponent's arm. It was the safer option and has more chance of succeeding.
So obviously Haku chose the second one.

Hurts like hell
My eyes widened in horror as I saw Haku flexibly turning her body to take out a kunai knife. The way she turned with obvious. She was aiming for my hand that was going forward to punch her.
Even though I didn't have the scarlet cheat code of Sharingan, I have trained my eyes to see the movements of my opponent in very slow motion.
But I didn't have much choice in this case I had already thrown my punch with all the force. I have. I didn't have enough muscle strength to retrieve my hand from the middle of the attack. The momentum simply won't allow it. Even while reacting in time I only managed to change the direction of my punch so that she couldn't completely cut off my arm.
But the bitch found her mark in my artery. It was completely severed. But the sickening crack I heard when her left zygomatic bone cracked and made her spin in mid air was really satisfying.
(Note: I am a computer science student now. So I forgot what I read in class 11th biology. But by zygomatic bone, I mean upper chick bone.)
I immediately retreated my arm to heal it. My body does not have a lot of blood. And a severed artery could make me loose a lot of blood. Thankfully Naruto didn't gave haku any time to rcover and drop kiked her from above.
I didn't even know when he reached above that big breasted girl.
Neji didn't miss this chance and quickly aimed at Haku 's main chakra point at her navi.
With a single strike he knocked her down. Haku wasn't able to resist, as she was too much disoriented from my punch.
Immidiately her limp body crashed onto neji after getting knocked out.
But ignoring her I focused on stopping my bleeding. It was necessary for me. Even though my entire body hurt like hell, I couldn't loose blood. Not when I am in the middle of nowhere.
"Hey ! What are you doing ?" Naruto's shouting drew my attention.
"Killing her..." Neji replied nonchalantly. Haku was lying unconscious on the ground.
While Neji was in the stance to strike her heart.
"You can't kill her like that ! How can you kill someone so easily ? Do you even feel anything ?
Oh ! I forgot ! Except for Hinata chan everyone in your clan doesn't have even emotions to feel !" Naruto taunted Neji.
Neji greeted his teeth.
And I saw the drama from the sidelines while healing my arm. Now that I remember, Hinata didn't hide her dislike for her clan except for her sister. There was once even a rumour that she knocked out a Hyuga elder when he questioned her relationship with Naruto threatening to become second Itachi.
Many times I thought that she is Hancock of Naruto universe. She was a big simp around Naruto, otherwise very haughty and doesn't shy away from conflict.
But while Naruto and Neji were ready to start a fight, I suddenly realised something, the ice dome around us was still intact.
The technique was not same as the demonic ice mirrors she used in the canon. But it was similar. So I didn't think about it at the beginning. But when I realised that chakra was still flowing through it, my eyes widened in terror.
I have read enough chakra and jutsu theories by Sarutobi Hiruzen, to realise that something was wrong.
The ice dome was a chakra construct. Regardless it's tangible or not, a chakra construct will collapse as soon as the chakra flow stops in it.
The only exception of this theory was wood style jutsu. Even earth style jutsus collapse unless they have an interlocking mechanism. I got a very bad feeling about it. According to the third Hokage, the first Hokage's jutsu was permanent because of his innate sage chakra. And he later confirmed about it when Jiraya created an eternal fire wall over the sacred hall of fire temple. So unless Haku has learnt sage mode, it was impossible for him to maintain the ice wall.
"Neji ! Is she conscious ?" I suddenly asked Neji stopping both of them.
"Ofcourse not ! Do you think -"
"Just check again !" I cut off Neji mid sentence.
"Tch !"
Neji turned to activate his byakugan. But it was too late.
Ice spears emerged from every direction in the ice dome.
'Shit ! This is going to hurt like hell !'
