Bab 302: Jackson is as good as dead

At the top of one of the most secluded hills in the country, a few figures stood around the wide circle, drawn with blood. They chanted some ancient language under their breaths, yet their eyes were blank. A few more circles were drawn within it and in the middle was a closed old coffin. 

Watching this from the sidelines, Quentin smirked in satisfaction. 

"Quentin…" Dustin ground his teeth, bound by a black chain on the side under the tree. "You will not get away from this. Do you think Jackson will let you off this time?"

"Jackson, huh?" Quentin slid his eyes to the corner. "Will he even survive the night?"

He slowly peeled his eyes from Dustin to the horizon that was slowly becoming clear. "Once the sun has risen, my queen will awaken. If that happened, Jackson would disappear from the face of the earth… forever."
