Bab 98: Life (pt.5)

Being face to face with a legendary being like Cerberus may have been thrilling or terrifying for some people. As for Alastor, he looked at the huge hound blankly. 

The huge hound was drooling and growling at him, making Alastor soon smile in amusement. 

'How adorable.' 

Jumping from his spot and approaching Cerberus, Alastor remembered a certain secret people shared with him in his childhood. 

'Shared' could be said to be the tamest term to describe what happened. A certain demon from hell was begging for his life after being used to wipe the floor. 

Finding himself to be hopeless and helpless, the demon gave up on fighting and tried to strike a deal instead. 

"Cerberus," Alastor called the black hound dog that was growling at him. 

Cerberus took a step back, it felt a bit weird to hear its name being called like that by someone it was going to eat.
