[Kami's Lookout]
(3rd Person Pov)
Standing on the outskirts of Kami's Lookout was the new God Of Destruction of universe seven Jin Mori, his angel assistant Whis, the acting Supreme Kai Android 18, the assistant to the God of Earth Mr Popo and the current God of Earth the Namekian Dende.
They all watched as the sky darken and the seven Dragon Balls that were once stone had been restored.
"Eternal Dragon Shenron! I summon you!"
Dende spoke as a pillar of light shot into the sky before taking the shape of a large eastern dragon with its long serpentine like appearance spoke.
"I am Shenron. I will grant any three wishes that is within my power."
Shenron spoke with a booming voice that echoed all around everyone. Shenron gazed down at Dende as he spoke.
"God of the Earth. What are your three wishes?"
Dende gulped nervously as he answered.
"It is not I who wants to make a wish. It is actually lord Mori that requires your power."
The Dragon paused seemingly confused by the Namekians statement until he gazed at Mori and Whis. He became horrified at the outfit Mori wore as he spoke.
"Forgive me for my ignorance, but are you perhaps the new God Of Destruction of universe seven?"
Mori nodded his head stepping forward as he spoke.
"Beerus is dead. I have taken over the position until further notice."
Shenron bowed his serpentine head as he spoke.
"It is an honour to be in the presence of a destroyer. You have summoned me because you must have a wish to make correct? I will grant you any three wishes within my power."
Shenron spoke and Mori nodded his head as he spoke.
"My first wish is to ressurect all the people of earth that were killed by the androids in the past all the way to the present moment."
Shenron paused before speaking.
"That will cost you two wishes. To ressurect such a large number of individuals would require alot of energy. Is that alright milord?"
Mori frowned, but his expression became understanding as he nodded his head.
"That is fine."
Shenrons eyes glowed crimson as Mori looked out from the watch tower as people all came back from death.
"You now have one more wish."
Shenron spoke.
Mori turned to look at Shenron as he spoke.
"Could you grant me the ability to create my own dragonballs?"
Shenron's eyes glowed before he spoke.
"I apologise my lord. You do not meet the requirements to be able to create your own set of Dragon Balls."
Mori nodded his head as all the Z fighters came to the lookout including Trunks. And with him was Mai and Bulma, but there was no signs of Goku.
"Hrrm? Why was Goku not ressurected?"
The answer came from Shenron.
"The Saiyan Son Goku died of natural causes. I cannot revive those who have died of natural causes."
Mori nodded in understanding.
"Whis. Later, we will return to the North Kai's planet to revive Goku."
"As you wish my lord."
Shenron then spoke up.
"You have one more wish remaining my lord."
Mori pondered his last wish as he spoke.
"My last wish is to restore as many planets in the universe as your power allows with one wish."
Shenron's eyes glowed before dimming as he spoke.
"Forgive me my lord. Your wish is beyond my current capabilities."
Mori sighed expecting such an outcome. "Then my last wish will be to restore as much of the earth as you can. From Flaura to Fauna, to the atmosphere and rivers."
Shenrons eyes glowed as the once dark skies filled with smog were replaced by beautiful blue clean skies.
Many plants and animals were coming back to life, and the once polluted rivers and oceans sparkled with increadible beauty once more.
"Your wish has been granted to the best of my abilities with the energy of a single wish. I shall take my leave now my lord."
Shenron bowed to Mori before returning into the Dragon Balls im a pillar of light as all Seven Dragon Balls flew into the sky and spread out all across the world.
Mori turned to the Z fighters as he spoke.
"I will go and have Whis ressurect Goku and have him returned to the world of the living. But first."
Mori spoke gazing at Gohan. More specifically his lost arm
"You. The young man with one arm. Do you want me to restore your missing arm?"
Gohan seemed surprised at Mori's words as he gazed at Mori, then at Android 18, then at his missing arm before he answered.
"No. I'm fine as I am. Afterall, I've been fighting with a single arm for over a decade, and I'm sure it would take far too long to readjust to using two arms."
Mori nodded his head as he turned to look at Whis who understood what Mori wanted.
"As you wish my lord."
"18, come on."
Mori called out to Android 18 who just silently walked to Mori not daring to look the Z fighters in the eyes. Once she reached Mori's side, she placed a hand on Whis's shoulder and Whis tapped his sceptre on the ground as the three of them disappeared in a pillar of rainbow light.
The Z fighters watched silently as Mori, Whis and 18 disappeared before Vegeta spoke looking towards Dende.
"Earth's Guardian. Give me access to the room of Spirit and Time. I need to grow even stronger than I am now."
Dende simply nodded his head as Vegeta left to go to the room of Spirit and time as Bulma sighed helplessly.
"How heartless of a husband he is. After over a decade of not seeing his wife and son, and the first thing he does is go straight to training."
Trunks scratched the back of his head awkwardly at his mothers words, but he also couldn't help but feel slightly disappointed as well.
Trunks mentor Gohan placed a comforting "hand" on Trunks shoulder as he spoke.
"It'll be alright Trunks. He's just frustrated and needs to blow off some steam."
Trunks looked back to the room of spirit and time before he sighed in resignation. Just then, Goku as well as Mori, Whis and 18 arrived to Kami's lookout as he spoke cheerfully.
"Hey guys! Im not dead anymore!"
Everyone fell silent for several seconds before a few burst out laughing. As everyone began chatting with each other, Bulma, Trunks and Mai approached Mori as Bulma spoke.
"Lord Mori, what will you do now?"
Mori gazed out the lookout as he spoke.
Earth is fine for the time being, however. This is just a start to increasing the mortal level of universe seven."
Mori's eyes narrowed as he continued.
"With how little the number of planets and species exist, I am thinking of trying to maybe find other Dragon Balls, or if that isn't possible, then perhaps interbreeding between races of different planets and their species to create new life and move them to inhabit abandoned planets."
Bulma looked sceptical about the latter half of Mori's plan as she questioned.
"Even if you did do that, how would you go about finding aliens with the genetic compatibility similar enough to those of other species to interbreed? Because if you just try forcefully combining different species with incompatible genetic makeup you would be causing all kinds of health issues for the children born from these two alien species."
Mori nodded in understanding.
"I understand your worry miss Bulma, but don't worry. "If" and I mean "If" I must come to rely upon interbreeding species, I will request from you to create a device to help find species with compatible genetic makeup. Rest assured, my plan does not involve forcing these various species to copulate. Any children born will be through a willing union, and in the off chance these children had issues with their genetic makeup from two different species then, I will have Whis fix them."
All three individuals looked bewildered as Mai questioned.
"Your assistant can manipulate biology?"
Mori nodded.
"He should be. With how powerful and deep his understanding and control over God Ki is, I don't doubt something like biology manipulation is out his grasp."
Bulma crossed her arms beneath her chest as she questioned.
"Alright then. Say you do end up having to rely on interbreeding species to help repopulate the universe, what makes you so confident I can make a device to find alien species with compatible genetic makeup?"
Mori merely raised an eyebrow as he answered.
"You managed to build an entire Time Machine out of a bunch of random junk laying around based off the circumstance of this timeline when I arrived, and from what I was told. If you could build an entire Time Machine with limited resources, I don't doubt you couldn't build a device to help find species with similar enough genetic diversity to allow interbreeding between different species."
Mori's words made Bulma grin in satisfaction, smugness just oozing off her.
"That's right. Give me some time, and I don't doubt I couldn't build such a machine."
Trunk's and Mai sweat dropped at Bulma's smugness. Mori just shook his head, walking past them as he approached Whis.
"Whis. Let us return back to Beerus's planet for now. We will begin Android 18's training and wait for the Dragon Balls to be usable again before we return to Earth."
Whis nodded his head.
"As you wish milord."
Whis turned to Android 18.
"Come along now miss 18, you heard Lord Mori's words."
Android 18 said nothing as she approached Mori and Whis. Mori gazed upon all the Z fighters as he spoke.
"I will return to earth once more when Shenron is able to be summoned again."
Mori's crimson eyes with those golden cross pupils of his gazed upon them all. But he wasn't looking at them, his gaze was upon Fu who was hidden in an entirely different world outside the multiverse as the trio disappeared in a pillar of light.
-(Scene Break!)-
In a hidden laboratory somewhere at the very tip of the universe was Fu who was grinning in disbelief gulping audibly with light sweat trailing down his head as he muttered.
"Truly, what a monster amongst monsters. To think he could sense my gaze even all the way from here in the demon realm."
Fu's mother and assistant Towa said nothing as she watches Mori disappear alongside Whis and Android 18 frowning as she pondered the worriedly about the future of their plans.

(Universe 6: Champa's Palace)
(3rd Person Pov)
Walking through the hallway of the deceased God Of Destruction of Universe 6 was Vados. The mentor of the Universe 6's destroyer Champa. Vados had an interested smile plastered on her face as she pondered aloud to herself.
"Just who is this new destroyer of Universe 7? Such an unfathomable quantity of God Ki, practically putting the late destroyers lord Champa and his twin brother Beerus to shame, and powerful enough to warrant Father's intervention to prevent my dear younger brother from bein beaten to a pulp."
Vados giggled to herself as she continued.
"Oh, how unfair that my dear younger sibling gets such an interesting lord, and I am forced to just stay and guard this empty palace."
She sighed softly before a smile returned to her face as she gazed upon her father the Grand Priest standing before her.
"Goodness. The Grand Minister has come to seek me out? Whatever could I have done to warrant such a visit?"
Vados smiled playfully as the Grand Minister smiled and replied.
"It's good to see your still in high spirits Vados. I came here, because there is something that I wish to inform you of."
Vados giggled but nodded her head as she bowed respectfully.
"If that is what the Grand Minister requests of me, I Since you are already here, how about a glass of water while we discuss your reason behind this visit."
The Grand Priest smiled as he spoke.
It wont take too long, but I see no reason to reject your offer."
And so the Grand Minister walked beside his third youngest child as they disappeared into the dark hallways of Champa's Palace.
