A few minutes later, the supreme general pulled the rein of his war horse and jumped off the horse smoothly. When he stood before the imperial horse carriage, the soldiers of the Xie Army dismounted their horses and knelt on the ground.

Looking at the smiling face of the emperor, the supreme general knelt down on one knee, clasped his fists, and said, "Your subject, Xie Yanghui, sees Your Majesty. Long live the Emperor for ten thousand years!"

In the imperial horse carriage, Emperor Yong'an stood up. He then came down and stopped in front of Xie Yanghui.

Emperor Yong'an stretched out his hand to hold Xie Yanghui's arms and said, "Xie Guogong, please stand up. Thank you for defending our empire and protecting our people."
