Bab 339: Chapter 339 – Destiny is a funny thing

Alpha Idris was excited. After Ashley had been treated and with Valerie standing in front of them, the resemblance was even more remarkable.

 Now, he was happy to have taken Denzel's advice to stop his affairs with women. How shameful it would have been if he were still the same person he was before.

 Ashley would have rejected him the moment she found out. Ever since straightening things with Alpha Denzel, Alpha Idris realized that good things had been coming his way, including finding his destined mate.

 "Mine," he responded, taking Ashley's hand in his. "Destiny is a funny thing," he said, and only Alpha Denzel understood due to their previous conflict at the time Idris wanted Valerie as a mate.

 Valerie never knew that story and the reason Alpha Denzel sent Adira away. He took advantage of Alpha Idris's request to get rid of her because of how she had turned evil, thanks to Alpha Conrad.
