 Then Alpha Ludwig took over as well. This was the first time she was being asked for her opinion, making it super heartwarming.

Here, she was given a right she never knew existed for someone like her. "You will do as I say?" She asked, as if in a dreamland.

Valerie smiled in amusement at how cute she looked when looking lost, but Burke was hoping that she would say no.

 Alpha Denzel's eyes squinted slightly, but warmth remained in his voice as he began to slowly explain it to her.

How could he, who loved children so much, be feared by them?

"This is about you, so no one has the right to decide for you. So, do you want to go?"

He repeated the question, making her hang on to his every word, forgetting that the phone was on speaker.
