[ At YCPD: York City Police Department…]

After leaving W Diamond Group, Dominique headed straight to the York City Police Department to address an urgent matter. He met the Head of YCPD, Chief Clint Espinas.

The YCPD Chief of Police was Dominique's close friend. He went there to seek his help. Chief Espinas wouldn't be able to refuse him because he was indebted to Dominique. He was promoted to his current position because of Dominique's influence and support.

"Mr. Smith, to what do I owe the pleasure of this surprise visit?" Chief Espinas greeted him warmly, gesturing for Dominique to sit down on the vacant sofa.

"I have a favor to ask you, Clint." His tone was serious and direct.

Clint furrowed his eyebrow when he sensed the importance of this matter. Dominique wouldn't come if this wasn't urgent.

"Tell me. What is this all about? How can I help you, Dom?"
