Pierce and I stood in the midst of Azure Heights, the district's opulence was almost overwhelming. Towering buildings stretched skywards, their surfaces gleaming in the morning sun. Luxury hovercars glided smoothly along the clean streets, and the people who walked by were dressed in the latest high-end fashion, exuding wealth and sophistication. 

We approached the Maroon Hotel, its facade was too luxury and exclusivity. The lobby was a spacious expanse of polished marble and chrome, with soft ambient lighting that cast a warm glow over the area. Five guards patrolled near the elevator entrances, adding a sense of security to the already imposing environment.

At the reception desk stood a woman, her body a marvel of chrome in shimmering blue hues, dressed in a sleek uniform bearing the hotel's emblem.
