Bab 35: WestBlood City II
As Merry was revived, the bond between her and Leon was restored, leading to a significant elevation in his strength. He also gained her Nebula-like Phoenix flames and her rebirth ability.
"Cool," Leon murmured, the euphoric sensation washing over him.
He then turned to Merry and asked, "Did you also receive the bloodline inheritance?"
"Chu... Chu chu," Merry nodded, and then she flew over to Leon, gently tapping his head with her beak.
Suddenly, a flood of knowledge about Refining Engines filled Leon's mind. He learned that these devices were used by the inhabitants of this world to refine atmospheric mana into its purest form. Although Leon didn't need one for mana refinement, he discovered that these engines could also refine various other energies, depending on their grade.
Leon's current Refining Engine was a basic model, designed solely for mana refinement. However, with the new knowledge from Merry, he could now reconstruct it into a more advanced Refining Tower.
He closed his eyes and used his Analyst skill to quickly organize the information. Sitting cross-legged, he began dismantling the Diesel-engine-like machinery within his heart and reshaping it into a towering structure.
Starting with the base, Leon meticulously added runes as described in the knowledge he received. Although he wasn't fully aware of the runes' functions, his Analyst skill allowed him to accurately replicate them.
Soon, the entire Refining Tower was complete. It was a swirling, galaxy-like tower with floors that revolved around the base, topped with a Nebula-like flame. The floors were connected by a long, nebula-colored tube that linked directly to the flames above.
Leon's new Refining Tower is an awe-inspiring structure, resembling a miniature galaxy suspended in space. At its core is the base, glowing brilliantly like a radiant sun, anchoring the entire formation. This base serves as the heart of the tower, pulsing with concentrated energy that fuels the refining process.
Above the base, the tower's floors rotate gracefully in perfect harmony, each one representing a swirling planetary body orbiting the central sun. These floors are connected by a nebula-colored tube, a conduit of pure energy that links them to the top of the tower. The tube itself appears to flow like a cosmic river, shimmering with hues of deep purples, blues, and reds, evoking the vastness of space.
At the pinnacle of the tower, a nebula-like flame burns, embodying the intense, refined energies collected from the atmosphere. This flame is the tower's crown jewel, casting a soft, ethereal glow over the entire structure, making the Refining Tower appear as a majestic cosmic entity, eternally spinning and refining the energies of the world around it.
"Cool, now with this, I can do this" Leon mumbled as he popped the core in his mouth.
If he had done it before, he would have been blasted into shower of blood and bones but no more, as core entered his body and released the berserk magical energy of beasts, his refining tower begin to refine those energies into gentle and pure mana.
and soon, it was fully refined and core was no longer there.
Instead it went into his Mana world, the thing formed after one intenerates or form bond with their monster partners.
It is located in the center of heart, like sperate Realm, and Leon's Mana world is filled with Cerulean Sea, sign of his infinite amount of mana.
The earlier refined magical energy now is on the Island that is center of his Mana World, they are scattered on it in the form of Mana Crystals.
Leon nodded seeing this and then he checked out the Supreme Devil Exercise, it was the exercise that peeked his interest the more.
"Supreme Combat Exercise has 24 moves of offense and defense, it also has a good side effect that it merge small amount of mana into each cell of the body making it stronger but from what I've read from the Web that one had to endure inhuman amount pain to practice every move of that exercise and pain only increase as you practice in it." Leon thought.
"The 24 moves of Supreme Combat Exercise is not actually referred to the fighting moves but 24 different ways of Mana Circulation in the body.
Just like human body have blood veins it also has mana/magic veins but one can manipulate mana easily, by manipulating Mana certain ways produce certain effects.
That is how Supreme Combat Exercise and Skills come into being. Supreme Combat Exercise called the mother of skill because it's 24 moves makes use of all magic veins both active and inactive magic veins of the body.
It makes one completely familiarize all magic veins inside the body, the higher you go practicing Supreme Combat Exercise, the more familiar one became with his magic veins which in turn very important in creating a Skill." Leon mumbled and then he stood up.
Making a Blood Red Katana , he begin t swing it, at first it felt an ant bite but soon i turned into 100 ants biting together and the pain continued to increase, and soon Leon sits back on the bed panting.
"it surely is hard" Leon mumbled as he panted and then he fell on the bed, and fall asleep.
Next Day, did Leon and Michael came out to go to shopping.
The train incident caused al their supplies to go to shambles, and now they need new supplies for both adventuring and everyday work.
First stop was a big 18 floor mal, where they first went to Clothing section.
Taking five pairs of each combat type suits and casual clothing.
Next was preservation boxes to store any thing, from monster materials to exotic and powerful herbs.
Next was mana potions and health potions also others like anti venom and such potions.
After taking al the necessary stuff they went back, while Leon went to his room Michael decided to checkout training room.
Leon laying on his bed, looked outside the window " hmm, there is a cooldown of one year before i can go back to Supreme magus world"
"this world also has lots of stuff to offer, not to mention this world is very high above Supreme Magus world" Leon thought as he looked at his system screen which was showing the 10 year gacha available to him.
"if it was before I would have definitely chosen Overgeared world but now what should I chose?" Leon thought a she decided between Monster integration and Infinite mana in Apocalypse world.
At the end he chose the IMITA world , and spin the gacha.
Leon kept looking at it, wondering what he will obtain as 10 year old gacha guarantees above S rank rewards.
