Tang Shichu had just finished speaking when the door to the hospital room was pushed open.

The visitor was none other than Chi Zaozao and company.

Zhong Qing, lying in bed, saw them and suddenly, her entire face stiffened.

Zhong Qing kept her head down and, upon hearing Chi Zaozao's concerned voice, she just slightly nodded.

Chi Zaozao curved her lips into a smile, came over to sit beside her, reached out to pull her, and said softly, "Zhong Qing, I was wrong before. I shouldn't have talked about you in front of Brother Shichu. I apologize to you, I'm sorry."
