Bab 99: Shadow Room

Initially, Kruxe had been set to go on a mission almost days after he had come aboard the Dark Cynical, the ship which Orio commanded and used to sail the waters of the central continent.

Orio had been sure that Kruxe would want to go for the mission, believing that he would be antsy for battle, and while he had been right, unfortunately, Linda had other plans.

To the shock of both Orio and Kruxe, the woman had staunchly stood against the idea of Kruxe being sent out.

 Kruxe didn't know what exactly Linda had done, but he knew that after the woman had taken Orio behind closed doors and they had conversed the man had changed his tune and gone along with her.

Though that situation did make Kruxe feel frustrated considering how a decision had been made about him without this input even being required, the intense training that followed after more than soothed any grievance Kruxe might have.
