The storage ring is a Tier 2 passive artifact, acting as the storage.

The space volume depended on the grade of the passive artifact.

Storage artifact was passive instead of active since the usage it had was unlimited.

Furthermore, the owner just had to stick the object to the artifact's inscriptions, and it would passively absorb the object.

If the owner wanted to take out a certain object, all he needed was to pour his consciousness – a part of his soul through mana – and then the storage would follow the owner's command.
