Bab 564: The Feeling of Disappointment (+18)

Mildred put emphasis on that "anything" in a way that told Mark she was talking about more than just regular daily necessities. Mildred smiled at him seductively, and a strange smell filled the room, something like lilacs, and Mark could feel it drawing him toward her. For a moment, Mark felt the intense urge to push Mildred down and have his way with her right then. But Mark only needed to take in a calming breath, and the feeling left him. Mark guessed the smell had been pheromones. Mildred was basically screaming that she wanted to sleep with him.

Mark sighed internally and turned back to the clothes. He couldn't deny that Mildred was beautiful, but he had no intention of being with her since he had Arit and Luna already. Trying to get another woman in his life was just going to end up straining and tearing his already delicate relationships.
