Bab 562: Lord Vanitas, The Undead

"The Angels of the Southern continent of Fregid have declared war upon us for a century, and their head general carried out a cowardly operation that led to the death of our last king. According to our tradition, we have called upon a new demon lord using the summoning ritual left to us by our ancestors. Lord Vanitas, the undead, you have been given dominion over the demons' continent. We implore you to aid us in battle."

Lord Vanitas, the undead?

Mark was stunned as he heard the woman say this, and he seemed to finally realize that there was something wrong with his body. Mark brought his hand up and looked at his pale, white skin that looked almost ashen. He put his hand up to his face, and even though he didn't feel anything strange, Mark couldn't feel any warmth from his skin either. It was as if his body was completely devoid of all its lifeblood!

Mark was also a demon. He was an undead.
