Now, they finally realized how wrong they were.

The only reason why they hadn't been met with a full frontal assault by the Jinns was credited to the fact that the Dvalinn Federation had painstakingly learned the boundaries of what they could do and what they couldn't do with the limited manpower they had.

The "No Flying Ban" had come from a bitter pill that they swallowed in the past. Ever since that incident, they made sure to reiterate this rule whenever there was an outside faction or organization that planned to enter the Rigel Continent.
