Bab 10: Join Or Die!
The moment Kuro appeared, Zoro's beast-like instincts immediately realized that the man in front of him was powerful and that he was a good opponent.
"East Blue's new pirate hunter, said to be a monster in human skin, Roronoa Zoro!"
Kuro held up his glasses with his palms and said emotionlessly, showing that although he was hiding, he would still pay attention to various events that happened in East Blue.
This is also the importance a smart person attaches to information. After all, he has also considered the situation of being approached and discovered.
"Butler Klahadore, you, are you really a pirate?"

Basire picked up the frightened Merry and threw him into the house. Then he found a random place to sit down and quietly watched the two guys fight.
"Hey, Kuro, do you want to call the Black Cat Pirates to help you? Why don't you go and get your weapons as well?"
For Kuro, who has a very high IQ and is very arrogant, Basire will defeat him head-on and give him enough respect. If he can't be subdued, he will have no choice but to take more drastic measures.

"Kaya, let's run quickly!! Let's get out of the danger first!"
Usopp nervously jumped into Kaya's room and quickly persuaded the sickly young lady to escape. The battle between pirates and bounty hunters was just too scary.
Kaya did not refuse the persuasion of her housekeeper Merry and her friend Usopp to leave here first. She also did not expect that her butler Klahadore, who cared for her so meticulously the last couple years, would be a pirate.
But she still wanted to confirm with him in person, why did he deceive her?
As soon as they ran out of Kaya's room and walked to the hall, they met that familiar figure.
But the butler whom she thought was really gentle had turned into a devil with a cold face.

His appearance made Usopp and Merry tremble in fear, but Kaya, who was frail and sick, unexpectedly stood up.
"Why, Klahadore? Is it possible that all your care and love in the past two years were just a show you put on?"
Kaya said with a pale face, she has always trusted this butler.
"Miss, this traitor Merry and Usopp have colluded with pirates. After I deal with these people, I will explain it to you!"
Kuro smiled lightly and thought that after he killed everyone he was going to make Jango hypnotize Kaya to make a will in advance and let him inherit all Kaya's property. Even if some villagers would be suspicious, he had to implement the plan. As long as they didn't have proof everything would be fine.
Originally, he wanted to make Kaya's health worse so that he could inherit the family property naturally.
He assassinated Kaya's parents two years ago. After Kaya fell ill, he added something to her medicine, which made Kaya even weaker and required long-term medication.

Merry and Usopp said in unison. Both of them had seen Basire, but they didn't expect this stranger to save them.
"Devil fruit power!"
Kuro narrowed his eyes slightly and looked at the bounty hunter solemnly. He didn't expect that the pirate hunter Roronoa Zoro was already so strong, but this guy seemed to be even stronger.
In a small place like East Blue, there are not many devil fruit powers. In his information, the only known ones are Buggy the Clown and Smoker the White Hunter.
"Kuro, the bet is still valid! Either join or be killed, let me see your strength and ambition!"
Basire slowly pulled out Sandai Kitetsu, and the atmosphere on the place suddenly became strangely cold. Everyone seemed to feel the ominous aura of this cursed sword.
