Bab 192: The Face of the Mage in Black

The sound of the feral beast reverberated throughout the area, causing a wild rabbit that was out looking for food to quickly run away. It seemed like the beast was initially eyeing the rabbit as its prey, but once it found out that there was an enemy invading its territory, the beast’s target instantly changed. Though it was roaring savagely, the beast did not charge forward right away as it was still a little fearful of the indistinct power that it sensed from this group of humans.
