Bab 131: The Terror of Demon

The Dark elves and human mages who were standing close to Oran widened their eyes in dread and shock. Their hearts tightened as if there was a demonic hand gripping them. The way that the demon’s amber eyes were looking at them was no different than how it did any other prey. If their eyes were not so blurry with fear, what they were seeing right now would be the demon who was grinning and showing the sharp teeth in its mouth. Yes, the demon was grinning cold-bloodedly at its new group of prey.

This demon was not an unintelligent being like some beasts; it had its own mind and intellect. And while it might not be as smart as humans, it certainly was cunning and cold-blooded, as expected of a demon.

THUD!

The demon spat out Oran’s head, which was now destroyed to the point that it was no longer recognizable. Its acidic saliva continued to corrode Oran’s head slowly as people watched the hellish scene.
