Bab 139: He's Jealous

'Apologize? Did this man… just apologize to me?'

Bai Yunxian stopped struggling as he was shocked by the words.

Again.

Again, this man apologized to him.

He was the proud son of heaven ruling over the vast lands and the living things within it. But to think that such a man would apologize to a mere good for nothing, a useless human like Bai Yunxian would be nothing but a dream.

Even though Bai Yunxian knew that Yun Shu wasn't at fault, or didn't do something that would make him a villain, he still couldn't bear it and made a fuss. Because of his useless jealousy, he dared to shout at his benefactor, the one who gave him a new life. 

But instead of getting mad back at him, Yun Shu did something that he couldn't even think of.

He apologized so simply, all just to coax him.
