Bab 299: Supercar?

"Well, I don't have anything luxurious in my collection yet. But for you, I'll get one," Michael said with a playful smile as he got into the driver's seat.

Bridget laughed softly, shaking her head. "You don't have to do that, Michael. I was just teasing. This is perfect."

Michael started the engine and pulled out of the driveway. "So, how was your trip to Germany?" he asked, genuinely curious.

"It was good," Bridget replied. "I got to spend some quality time with my family and clear my head. It was exactly what I needed."

"I'm glad to hear that," Michael said. "You look more relaxed."

"Thank you," Bridget said, glancing at him. 

"But seriously, now that you mentioned I need something luxurious. I figured you could join me tomorrow to browse for some supercars?" Michael said. 

"This pickup truck is the only vehicle that you have, right?" Bridget asked with a playful smirk.
