Bab 1997: Chapter 1347: Interstellar Grand Stage (54)_2

But this would inevitably lead to a problem, which is collateral damage. For efficiency, most people are like windmills spinning wildly across the cosmos, inevitably affecting others.

None of the arrivals are easy to deal with. Whether they bump into others or get bumped into, their first reaction is not to back off but to retaliate in a restrained manner, without any personal grudge.

Once a group fight starts, everyone realizes there are no allies here. All around are enemies so there is no need to strike accurately. It's more efficient to bomb with spells and do some tearing along the way.

The noisier they become, some entities can't sit still. The Demon God of this cosmos is peering out from his dimension, wondering what the hell is going on outside?

As it turns out, being a bystander won't do you any good, especially when your home isn't sturdy enough. A group of fighters storming through like a tornado causes all sorts of trouble for the Demon God.

All things in this cosmos are weak, thus unable to form a situation like in Shiller's cosmos where tough Demon Gods compete and end up fighting at a larger scale.

Most of the Demon Gods were shredded by the rampant energy storm. Luckily, they can pick up their leftover energy shards as a supplement, creating a kind of perpetual motion at the group fight level.

Otherwise, the slightly stronger Demon Gods couldn't bother to fight, they could only use their powers to flee, being chased around the cosmos by these crazy humans.

At this moment, on the surface of the Titan Planet, two identical purple-skinned giants stand together. The smaller, tired giant says, "One day, you'll understand that I'm right. The endless growth of cosmic energy will only bring destruction."

The taller and stronger giant, also more energetic, says, "Perhaps, but it's not my concern."

"You disappoint me, Thanos," says Thanos with a glove on his hand. "You appear to be a profit-driven coward, without responsibility or ambition, caring only for your own interest ignoring the cosmos."

The taller Thanos sighs, "It's you who don't understand. My cosmos doesn't need any more care."

"If you don't want to explain to me, then you can leave," the gloved Thanos shakes his head, "I don't care about my territory and my army anymore, you can take all if you want. I just want to stay here until the cosmos is destroyed."

After speaking, he heads towards the sunset on the barren horizon of Titan Planet. His limping figure doesn't seem dignified, but the taller Thanos watches him with a look of genuine admiration.

Intelligent beings always pursue something when they are alive. What they seek may not be evaluated as high or low, but if one could give up everything for what they seek, that's always admirable.

Thanos learns his motive to snap his fingers from his alternate self in this cosmos — Thanos wiped out half the population to delay the destruction of the cosmos due to entropy increase.

It's crazy, cruel, and unreasonable. It doesn't sound like he is a savior, but he did everything and succeeded, proud and satisfied. As a counterpart, Thanos couldn't blame him.

However, Thanos doesn't plan to let him off the hook. He won't easily trust anyone and wouldn't leave a potential threat to himself. So, he gathers strength in his hand, aiming at the back of the gloved Thanos.

But suddenly, a voice comes from a distance, "Mr. Thanos, please wait! I have some different opinions about the destruction of the cosmos."

The energy in Thanos' hand dissipates. He wants to turn away and even cover his ears, but then the voice returns, "Mr. Thanos over there, don't leave, we should have a conversation on this topic too."

Two minutes later, three figures sit roasting mushrooms by the bonfire under the sunset on Titan Planet.

Shiller looks up at the much taller Thanos, his neck aching a bit, but he still turns the skewer full of mushrooms in his hand and says: "Your Majesty Thanos, I think your idea is very correct. If life keeps increasing indefinitely, it would be a disaster, the cosmos would certainly be destroyed."

The gloved Thanos pauses his actions. He has never heard anyone agree with his ideas before. Everyone who hears his true thoughts condemns him as a madman.

"You better cover your ears now; otherwise, it'll be too late," the gloveless Thanos whispers to his counterpart.

The gloved Thanos hesitates, but doesn't do so, he is quite curious now and whispers back to his counterpart, "Who is he? An important figure in your cosmos?"

"Although I hate to admit it, he is my Pope." The taller Thanos replies with pinched lips. "I tried to get him to resign through a trade, but he clings to the employment contract, so I can't do anything."

"But anyway, whatever he is going to say next has nothing to do with me. I didn't hear anything, nor do I understand anything. If you want to listen, you'll have to take responsibility for the consequences."

After speaking, the taller Thanos covers his ears and concentrates on skewering a small mushroom with two fingers. His focusing demeanor makes it seem as if he holds the entire cosmos in his hand.
