Gwendolyn sighed and looked at the wolf who had taken over Delilah's body.
"What is my daughter's body? It always belonged to Delilah. My daughter died a couple of months ago, and her body died at the same time from the bullet wound," the Gypsy said.
Grace leaned on the side wall with raised brows.
"Is that so? I am sure you must've been sad," Grace provoked the lady, who sighed in return.
"Look, I know you are full of rage because of how long you had to stay away from your human counterpart and how we tried to guide your powers into having a system that would take your human counterpart in the opposite direction and delay your meeting, but you need to understand that we were doing it for her benefit. She wasn't ready to handle you," Gwendolyn said.
Grace didn't say anything and scoffed at her choice of words, looking away from the woman standing before her.
