Tom asked about the doctor's oath and other things. Doctor Boby and sister Jessy started suspecting him as a fake one. Doctor Boby asked it straight to his face. Tom nodded in meaning no. Tom said,

"No sir, this is part of understanding the patient. So please be patient and let me continue. You remember the oath you took, part of that oath is to prioritize the well-being of patients above all else, to do no harm, and to always act in their best interests right? "

Doctor Boby became more and more impatient as he said that.

" What the F***? Can you cure us or not? "

Tom took a step back, his expression grave.
