Bab 191: A Poor Ghost!

"Sir, a Tier 4 Personal Guard like Captain Sharv is entitled to a salary of 280 Gold Leafs every week. Are you sure you want to hire him?"

Silla asked, making Samar burst into a coughing fit. With widened eyes, he asked, "Are you sure it is per week and not per month?"

"Sir, it is per week." Silla confirmed and Samar saw stars in daylight. 

280 Gold Leafs per week meant 40 Gold Leafs per day! He would not be able to afford Capt Sharv's services with the combined income of his team if not for his personal savings.

After seeing Samar struggle with the price, Silla suggested an alternative.

"Would you like a Tier 3 Personal Guard, Sir? They only charge 140 Gold per week." 

Samar received an even greater blow after hearing this. He had planned to make Romero and others contract Tier 3 Personal Guards. That meant an expenditure of an additional 420 Gold Leafs per week.
