The event was long and tedious for Makara but at least Nimue enjoyed herself. She naturally made friends easily and since kids her age were not yet corrupted , they easily accepted her.

The event went on until the evening arrived and Makara had lost most all of her patience . This was simply horrible. She could be training but here she was .

Eilmund tapped the wine glass with a spoon. 

" Attention please. " The murmurs stopped and so did the music. Everyone's attention was directed to Eilmund . 

" First of all I would love to thank you all for attending this party . I know this was a sacrifice on your part " His gaze lingered with the demonic sisters.

" I would also like to thank the King and Queen for overseeing this engagement party . " The two raised their wine glasses while nodding.
