Raven, who had gone to visit the old bat, arrived at the woman's house by late afternoon.

"And Raven comes to visit me willingly... That girl Lily is turning out to be a blessing for all of us," the old bat smiled, rubbing her cat's ear gently, and the cat purred, enjoying its master's touch.

Raven ignored the woman's attempt to tease him. Facing the two people he had come to see, he started, "You're both going to school tomorrow, and you understand what you're to do already, yes?"

"Yes, Sir," Maya and Victor answered in unison.

The old bat cleared her throat. "I already told them everything. The problem is that Maya has never been in school before and she's being pushed to the third year, but Victor is quite brilliant, so he would fit in," the older woman said, like a proud mother.
