Elma's POV:
After shopping and hanging out with my friends, I went back home and walked into the sitting room, which was quiet.
"Elma" Anthony stood upstairs and called out. I scoffed and sat on the couch before I took off my shoes.
Then I saw a maid who leaned by the kitchen door. "Get me some cocoa coffee," I ordered, and she nodded.
Then I noticed my purse on the table. I opened it and found my phone. "I am back to being me. So stressful."
"Elma, the driver said you stopped at Jacob's place." Anthony wasn't asking if I stopped there; he was starting a boring conversation in which I wasn't interested.
"And so?" I questioned him, and he frowned at me.
"You gave me an attitude when you saw Nel; I thought it was because you were jealous, but then you go to meet Jacob; is it to make me jealous?"
I found his words very funny and burst out in laughter. "Jealous? Isn't that a very powerful word?"
