Bab 46: Luna pack

Elpis' POV

Everyone was tensed as they were supposed to be.

The ride home was quiet; way quiet than usual. Everyone was relieved certainly. After all that happened and almost having all their hard work go in vain, they had to be. Thank God I have a very smart wife and she had a backup plan. Every time I look at her I ask myself how I got so lucky.

We got down from the carriage in such a hurry, mainly because we were all squeezed in but also we all wanted to know the content of that book. I could see the hope in Hemera and Karla's eyes. They will finally have an identity and that made me so happy for them, not just because it will benefit me because no one will question Hemera anymore but because she will finally be at rest. I know this is very important to her. She held the book to her chest like if she let go everything would be a dream and I understand, even I think that this is all a dream.
