Bab 55: 55: Prelude to Chaos 2

Central Forest

Asher's body tensed up as he stealthily snuck up on a literal colossus.

Each step he took didn't make a sound as his feet were slightly levitating above the ground… and all the sweat and the antsy aura around him was only for theatrics.

After being at the top for so long, who wouldn't want to feel the thrill of a nerve-wracking hunt once again?

…But then looking at the creature walking steadily in front of him, causing tremors in the ground with each step, he couldn't help but feel appalled.

This one was called… Ballfang.

It had a face that quite resembled that of a lion's but not quite it…

On it's face, where the nose was supposed to be, an elephant like trunk grew out of it and seemingly supporting it was a large sack housing two… well… balls.

The Ballfang's body was covered with fluffy amber fur that gave one a cozy feeling but beneath that comfort were layers upon layers of spikes.
