Ragnar followed her gaze to the decree at his belt and sighed, "Yes, it's still with me. There are things we need to discuss before I can proceed with any official actions," he confessed, his voice low.

"Good," Sophia thought, determination flashing in her eyes as she reached for the parchment tucked into Ragnar's belt.
