Bab 431: A Pleasant Surprise in the Morning

"Mama~ Can we call Papa again?"

Leslie tore her eyes from the morning news on the TV screen, turning to look at Calliope. The little one was sitting on the couch seat next to her, hugging the giant strawberry crocheted by Calix before.

The mother and daughter were relaxing in the lounge. They had just returned from a short stroll in the backyard.

"We talked to Papa last night," Leslie reached one hand out to Calliope, gently patting the little one's round head, "Poppy misses Papa, en?"

Flashing her brightest smile to Leslie, Calliope laughed, "Hehe~ Poppy miss Papa so much ah!"

Calix and Calliope finally got to have a video chat last night. The man contacted Leslie's phone once he landed in Zurich. The mother and daughter were chilling after dinner.

It was still bright in Switzerland while the time back in the country was around nine in the evening.
